This apartment is one of three apartments set in a beautiful villa in the village of Baveno which is located on the west shore of Lake Maggiore. The apartment is beautifully decorated and furnished to a very high standard and overlooks the village and Lake Maggiore, where sit the islands Isola Madre and Isola Bella. There are also views of the small ski resort at the top of the mountain which is to the back of the villa.

The apartment consists of a spacious lounge with large sofa bed and 2 armchairs, dining table & 4 chairs and a TV with cabinet.  The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, dishwasher, cooker, washing machine and dryer.  There is one bathroom and a bedroom containing a large double bed, high quality fitted wardrobes, a dresser and bedside tables with lamps.  There is a metallic table and 2 chairs on the balcony to enjoy the panoramic views.

The villa was renovated in 2004 and is currently being connected to Town Gas.  Each year the 3 owners get together to decide what maintenance needs to be carried out to keep the villa and grounds up to a very high standard.  There is also secure parking within the lovely grounds through the electronic gates.

There are many large properties in this region, some of which have become hotels and helped to develop the tourism in the area.  Baveno is famous for the red granite cave that opens onto the foothills of Mount Camoscio at the back of the town.  From here rise the mineral water springs called "Fonti di Baveno" making the area also famous as a health and thermal resort.
